I use scraps on every card and every layout 95% of the time so this one was a breeze for me!
I used The Home Decor cartridge fro the ladybugs. The titles was done in All Mixed Up. I dotted the letters with my clear Gelly Roll pen. i LOVE that thing. It is so awesome they sell them in packs of two! Everything on this page is scraps except the 12 x 12 background.
