The Perfect Pair Blog Hop

Hi Hoppers! Welcome to our Blog Hop! It is an exciting one! Creative Cuts & More has paired up with Clear & Simple Stamps! I hope you have arrived from Savitri's blog! Isn't her work amazing? If you didn't arrive here from her blog, you should go to the start so you don't miss anything!

My first project was this Apron Pocket A7 Card! I LOVE it!  I received the Cookie Bake stamp set from Clear and Simple! It's SUPER cute!  I stamped the Christmas Trees and cut them out. Then I decorated them in Stickles!  I used the Antique Label - Small to stamp recipe on and attach a Christmas Tree cookie to as a pull tab.  The snowflake cookie decorated the other corner.

I also got the Self-Closing Box #01, it's so cute and tiny!  Perfect for a present for Santa!
I embossed all 3 cookies in white and cut them out.  My two year old LOVES this box and everyone knows we made cookies for Santa!  Maybe this Christmas Eve we won't bake real ones?  Sure better for our waist line right?  :-)

OK, now on to the good stuff!  The PRIZES!!  There are two prizes from Creative Cuts & More and Clear & Simple Stamps, each day, up for grabs.  You need to comment on each blog along the hop in order to have a chance to win!  Don't forget, it is today and tomorrow!

Next on the hop is Heather!  You are going to LOVE what she has made!!

Do you have an iPhone?  Clear & Simple has a very cool app program you must check out!  I don't have one so I don't know much about the apps, but from what I understand is a completed project comes to your phone every day!  How great is that?  A little inspiration while you are at the boring grocery store?  That would make me shop in record speed to get home and run to my scrap room!

Thanks so much for hopping with us today!  I LOVE stamps and I LOVE die cuts so this was a super fun hop for me!  I hope you are inspired to order from both places, so many things to choose from!

Happy Birthday Mom!

I miss you so much every single day.
Carlee talks about you all the time. I wish you were here to hold her.
I wish you were here to talk with Morgan. She really misses you too.
Bryan drinks his morning coffee from your cup when he is missing you. He doesn't like how little the hole for your finger is, but he loves that you loved those cups so much.
We miss you a lot.
I love you very much.

Welcome to our Cancer Awareness Blog Hop!

Hello Hoppers! Thank you for joining us today!! I hope you have arrived from Lynn's Blog! Didn't you love her project? She is so very talented! If you didn't arrive from Lynn's blog, please go to the start so you don't miss anything!
I am one of the lucky ones! My Dad is a prostate cancer SURVIVOR! Every year when he again gets a clean bill of health it rejuvenates me. I know how lucky we are. Creative Cuts and More is donating 20% of all awareness ribbon products sales in September and October! How great is that? We have an awareness ribbon section on the site to make ordering easier. I decided to make an Awareness Ribbon Window 8 x 8 Album Chipboard Set. I ordered the cover and pages separately though. I wanted the cover cut in blue because that is the color for Prostate Cancer.
I used the Heart #2 Mini a lot through the album. They are the perfect size and what says love better than a heart? I love my Dad SO MUCH!
I had a hard time getting the acetate cover to show. You can see it on the left. I love these heavy acetate covers. They really protect the album! The Tag Trio set is MY FAVORITE! Get ready to see this on lots of things LOL I love how they look like tickets! The ribbon is just from my stash, several different brands. The heart charm and the brads are both Making Memories.
Real men really do wear pink! For the journaling tag I used a SU! punch to make the corners on a scrap of paper. There is another Tag again!
I used the Diamond #1 and the Awareness Ribbon #2 for these pages. I had my pages and dividers cut in Kraft and Cream alternating them.
My Dad really is my hero. He has accomplished so many things in his life. I thought the award was perfect! This Decorative Label is my favorite! I always use it on cards! This is a first for matting a picture. It won't be the last! I love it!
The tabs are from another SU! punch. I'm sorry I don't know the names of them but your SU! demo. will :-)
There is that Heart #2 again! The font is Quickutz.
The wine Bottle is also a Quickutz die.
For these pages I used the Hinge #3. I love that die! The brads are from The Paper Studio.
There are a few more pages in the album but I don't want to bore you guys!
Here comes the fine print! It's time to hop back to Die Cut Diva for your chance to win an assortment of awareness ribbon products including an awareness ribbon album, awareness cards and a box or two! There are 5 ways you can win!
