My Scrap Room Part 3

This chest of drawers holds a ton of stuff I need to purge LOL
My solid cardstock top shelf is 12 x 12 and the bottom shelf is 8.5 x 11.

My Quickutz Magpie holders I think they called them?? I got them at Big Lots for $9.99!

I love all these clear shelves. My boss gave them to me.

I always listen to a book while I scrap. Under the desk.

Top of the desk, my ink pad storage.

Stickles, cleaners, more stamps that need to be unmounted.

This drawer has an extra or two of every adhesive I use. Every time Hobby Lobby puts it on sale I buy as much as I can afford. Running out of adhesive is not going to happen to this scrapper! LOL

Glimmer Mist, alcohol ink, flock and glitter.

Pens, clear blocks, wipes etc.
Thanks for looking! On to part 4 now LOL

My Scrap Room! Part 2

Here is where I work. This is the left side of my desk. I opened and dumped ALL of my tiny embellishments and sorted them by color last year. It was AWESOME and I really love it. I use things WAY more often now. See that star box lid in the back on the left? I just dump the jar into that and root through it.
This is the middle of my table. My adhesive is in the basket, my fav. pens are in the jars and my most used ink is in the tape holder.
This is the right side of my table. Those plastic shelves have all my memoriabila in the file folders by month. The basket has some punches I always reach for. This is under my table to the left. The plastic bin is all My Mind's Eye baby, girly or sister stuff that will go into Carlee's albums. Behind that is stickers and stuff by theme. In the black bag there are baby girl page kits for C's album.
The middle bin is more stickers etc, also by theme in alpha order. The next bin is my scraps sorted by color and also in alpha order.
This is the right end under the table, the rest of my scraps, more stickers, my Coluzzle templates and things like that.

Here is a bigger picture of the corner. The top shelf is pictures of people who inspire me. My Mom, my Dad, my Sister, and my Husband. The middle shelf is old books to make paper flowers and a bunch od sketches I always print. The bottom shelf has a bunch of junk and needs to be cleaned out really LOL
Here is a better picture of the clear shelves. Half of the stuff should probably be put away LOL
This is my Made By shelf. I am going to unmount these one day.... The two pieces of paper are things that make me happy. A note from my husband and one from my sister.

This is the rest of my ribbon colors.

OK, the next post will be the next wall. Thanks for looking at my little piece of heaven on earth. :-)

My Scrap Room Part 1

This is looking OUT of my room. I purged all of this stuff. I'll be making a post to swap or sell all of it soon.

This is coming into the room. I used to have a small addiction to punches. Luckily I got over that. LOL My room is on the right, Morgan's room is on the left.

This is the door where I store all my Cricut carts. That bottom shelf is jars of fibers. i have a fiber mess I need help with. I'll be posting that soon. Those 2 containers are packed full of all the wrappers of the stamps I have separated into the CD cases. One day I just might wake up and decide I want those stamps in all their original packaging again. Sadly, that's how I roll. :-)

This is behind the door. My Expression that I got as a thanks for having my baby gift from Bryan when Carlee was born. Have I mentioned how much I love this man? If not, I will now. I love him a whole bunch! See those Sizzix alphabets on the bottom shelf? I got those for $9.97 at Michael's at Christmas time. I had to stop hanging out on the Cricut Message board. Those people are such enablers LOL Man I miss them! I need to get a money tree and be active over there again LOL I have stashed my SU! mounted stamps all over the room. I am unmounting them as fast as I can so I didn't keep the 2 shelves they took up reserved for them. I just stashed them in random spots while they wait their turn to be moved into a CD case. BTW, yes that is a pink fluffy slipper and a pair of pink flip flops. This room was my bedroom THREE years ago *GASP* LOL I really need to carry the shoes upstairs and put punches in the shoe tree but I have not worn any of these shoes since before I was pregnant with Carlee. They probably don't even fit. LOL The chest of drawers is full of stuff that needs to be altered, storage containers and things like that.

This is my ribbon shelf that I just finished organizing. I had my ribbon on the rod above my desk and in the CD holder that the dollar stamps are now in. BUT I could not stand the empty rolls stuck in the middle and I didn't like guessing how much ribbon to cut off to take to my last crop. When I had all the rolls on the CD holder I knocked it over not once, or even twice but THREE times. It was maddening I tell you LOL I had it set up super wobbly on that brown table in the hall way and my My Mind's Eye paper stacks kept knocking it over when I would pull one out. The third time I left all the ribbon all over the floor for days. Carlee was in HEAVEN playing with all of it. I said ugly things to it as I lived in denial over the mess for the THIRD time LOL So I went to the thrift store in search of BIG clear glass jars so my ribbon could now be considered eye candy instead of bad names with it all over the floor LOL I don't like the piles of ribbon but those have not been used yet. I thought I might try to use up some of the ribbon already in the jars and open the new rolls as I make room. Here are some close up shots so you can see better.

This is the top shelf. Brown and Pink yumminess, my two favorite colors! The basket has all of Morgan's monkey stamps in it.

The second shelf is white, purple, blue and green.

The third shelf is printed. I need more glass containers.

The bottom shelf is more SU! that needs to be unmounted, carded ribbon that I have not sorted yet, the SU's stamps already in CD cases, my See-D's stamps that come in long CD type cases, QK stamps in metal tins and my Unity stamps in Scraponizers.

Here are the House Mouse cute as can be stamps to the left.

And Morgan's Changito stamps to the right.
So there is the first part of my room! I hope something helps you and I welcome any suggestions you might have to help me organize a little better!
Thanks for looking!

Sassy the Huntress

I have the greatest cat in the world. My sister says she is a Main Coon. We got her from the Denver Dumb Friend's League. She is enormous and VERY fluffy. When we brought her home she fit in my Mom's robe pocket. Then she started to grow and get fluffy. REALLY fluffy and REALLY big. LOL

Whatever room I am in she is in, she's my girl, I am her person. When Carlee was born she just decided to love Carlee and have be her tiny person. If Carlee isn't paying attention, Sassy can knock her over with a loving head butt to pet herself. LOL

Sassafras couldn't really sit in my lap when I nursed Carlee when we first came home. It was too crowded. Sassy is REALLY hairy too. So she sat on the side table right next to us. That happened to have a fish tank on it. How convenient for her LOL She spent HOURS slapping my Mom's fish. There are also frogs that hang out on the bottom of the tank and she loves them too. She knocked over the clock several times and whatever I happened to be drinking. I finally had to move the fish tank. Now it is in the dining room on a table with another fish tank and NOTHING to knock over. There is a chair next to the table so she can sleep in the chair when she needs to rest after an hour of hunting!
