I just want you all to know how much SEVERAL companies I am sure you love ROCK!!

I have all the stickles, the craft mat, embossing powder, distress ink pads, scissors, fragments etc.  So many Ranger/Tim Holtz products.  I honestly love all of them and use them often.  His scissors are by far the best on the market if you don't have them go buy them.  They are actually Tonic but still they rock too!  Any ways.  My crackle paint dried up.  I wrote to them asking if I could add water.  I was thinking it might need mineral oil or something.  I know next to nothing about paint and know nothing about what makes it crackle.  They said yes a very small amount of warm water at a time and to use a craft stick to stir it instead of shake it.  They also requested a list of all the colors I have because they are going to replace them all.

Customer Service like that just amazes me all the time!  I want everyone to know when  a company treats me so well!  I have 4 other companies I have personally dealt with that were also fantastic!

I have a ton of Unity/{ippity} stamps and some how air got trapped inside.  I tried to brayer it out and the sticky on the foam is so good air can't even escape!  They replaced them immediately!  SUPER STELLAR company!  So stellar I proudly sell their stamps!

I bought Morgan a clock by Walnut Hallow to decorate.  She immediately lost a round piece that was crucial to get the hands on it.  I contacted them asking if I could buy parts. They sent a set of parts at no charge.  I told them Morgan lost it!  It was not their fault at all and they sent it any ways.  Stellar company!

Cookbookin which is now PJK Designs.  They have a ton of really cute stuff and I am addicted to making cookbooks!  I opened a package of charms and they were vacuum sealed.  All the paint stuck to the plastic.  I just used them plain silver they were still darling.  I just wrote to them and told them, just so they would know that packaging really didn't work.  I told them I still used them and they were super cute.  They sent me a TON of them, not packed the same way either!  That was years ago so the deets are foggy but I think there were 4 in the pack and they sent me like 20.  I almost fell over!  Stellar Company!

And last but certainly not least Martha Stewart.  A few years ago they packaged her stamps with a sheet of like cling wrap instead of acrylic and there were dents all over the stamps.  They didn't come out.  The impressions are permanent.  They stamp almost vintage looking now and some of them are actually cooler looking than if it was a crisp stamp.  They said my two sets were no longer made and to please let them know 2 newer sets that I didn't have and they sent me those!

I am super impressed that in all these years I have been scrapping I have had so few bad products.  When there is an issue these companies are so dang good they take care of it immediately!

OH!  I forgot Provo Craft!  I bought a 2 set pack of Embossing Folders from Hobby Lobby.  They were both the same instead of two different ones.  I called both my HL's to exchange them and they were gone.  So I contacted PC and they sent me a new one with two different folders!

I just thought I would share so many companies stand behind their product and treat their customers REALLY well!   That must be why I buy so much loot LOL  I love supporting them  ;)

Thanks for stopping by today!  Happy scrappin'!

I added some Prima flowers on top, with a gold ribbon and a Karen Foster brad!  Quick and easy and more fun than a gift bag!  :)

Another set of cards!

When a friend of mine [KIM] found out I was not making Christmas cards this year she had a bit of a fit.  So I decided why not just whip out a few.  I never duplicated any of them.  Normally I will make a ton of the same card or two.
I love this {ippity} set!  Kissmas and Mistletoe, it is so cute.  The white paper is Bazzil Bling so I just embossed it with some Ranger Evergreen powder!
This is the Kissmas and Mistletoe set again and this time I used denim and vanilla EP powder from American Crafts!  Embossing that snowman is AWESOME to watch  LOL
I have the attention span of a gnat so I was already tired of Christmas cards but I still had scraps so I made this card.  This {ippity} set is called Here and Now and I LOVE it!  That heart says family over and over in different fonts.  It stamps and embosses so perfectly!  I love it!  I used Denim AC EP and the red metallic is by Stampendous and it really looks pink to me most of the time but I love it!  The ribbon is by American Crafts too!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Today Here and Now is an additional 10% off!  So instead of saving 20% you get to save 30%!  Just mention this blog post!

Simple Little Card Sets!

I had a scrap of the pattern paper from an old layout.  From YEARS ago.  It is My Mind's Eye and I must use every scrap I own because they are my all time favorite!  So I thought I would see how many cards I could get from the scrap.
The mushrooms are {ippity} stamps from the Because of You set.   The sentiment is also {ippity} from the Just Wanted To Say set.  I embossed the mushrooms with American Crafts Brownie EP.  The ink is Colorbox Chalk in Chestnut Roan my all time favorite pad!  The ribbon is by Martha Stewart.
The butterfly stamp is from another {ippity} set called Devoted.  I embossed it with AC Brownie EP and cut it out.  It is only attached  with a thin line of glue on the body.  The wings are folded up, you just can't tell in the picture.  The sentiment is from Regal Greetings.
My Mom always taught me to never tell a lie.  This card is a complete screw up that turned out better in the end I think  LOL  I tried to cut this scrap in 3 equal parts.  Well once I messed up the first cut I decided to make do and make each panel a little smaller and I actually like it LOL  Then I decided NOT to ink all the edges and that is OK too.  I do love inking everything up much better but on occasion I go for clean and simple!  That is the same butterfly and this sentiment is one of my favorites from Where You Should Be

Thanks for stopping by today.  Be sure to check out all the stamps for sale on my {ippity} blog!  Everything is 20% off and I'll pay your shipping today!  Have a great day!

Have you ever made a calendar?

If not, you REALLY should!  They are super fun to make!  My sister once told me that the best present she gets every year is the calendar I make for her!  That makes a girl feel really good let me tell you!

Creative Cuts & More has a brand new Calendar Kit that you can put together really quick or take a little time and embellish it!

You get everything pictured to create your page.  I smashed my snowflakes in to my embossing pad and then embossed them all with some rainbow sparkle powder by All Night Media.  I put some flock on the balls on the hats.  Added some ink and stickles to almost everything.  For the snowman I hand cut a black hat and stick arms just by tracing him before I glued him down.   His eyes are button brads and his charcoal are buttons from my stash as well as his scarf!  It didn't take much time at all to put it together and dress it up.  I used Season of Joy and Kissmas & Mistletoe ippity stamps to dress up the days a little bit.  That is myself, my girls and fabulous Dad in the picture!  Today is his birthday and I need to hurry and finish this and go call him!
For February I did the same thing.  I added lots of ink and Stickles and some flat back pearls. For the days I used Because of  You, Devoted, Straight From The Heart and Life's Little Moments {ippity} stamps to decorate and add our birthday's.   That is Morgan and Carlee is the picture.
For March I really only added some Stickles.    On the days I used some dollar stamps from Studio G or Inkadinkado and Life's Little Moments and Party Hat Wishes  from {ippity}.  That is Carlee and my nephew in the picture!

This Calendar is so fantastic!  It is a 14 month calendar and you can start it in any month you want.  You get to add the numbers!  If you don't get it in time to do January, start with February and tack January onto the end!

Happy Birthday!

The owner of Creative Cuts and More,  Terry just had her birthday.  She is a big fan of purple so I made her a purple Scallop Border A2 card!  I LOVE the edge of this card!  I like that there are many different things you can do with it!  I like to put paper under the scallops, this time I put some bling in the holes!  I used Party Hat Wishes from {ippity}, I LOVE this set.  I had to force myself to not use the eye chart again!  LOL
Here is a picture of the actual size of the stamps, they are huge!

Unity Addicts Challenge #29

My pal Nora Anne made us "fussy cut".  I used to REALLY dislike cutting.  But for the last month or two I have been cutting everything in reach  LOL  I love the way it makes things pop on cards!

You really can't tell by the picture, but the bird is embossed and cut out.  I used a pop dot to attach it to the bird cage, which is also embossed on pattern paper and cut out.  I used pop dots to attach it to the spellbinder label and then put that on the card!  :)  The Darling stamps are from Fall For You, and it is on sale for $19.20.
I can't wait to cut out those corners on a scrapbook page!  SO CUTE!  Thanks for stopping by today!

A layout for today!

This isn't the best layout ever, but the pictures make me so happy!  Carlee is sleeping in her bassinet [that was Morgan's]  Morgan was all snuggled in next to her on the couch patiently watching TV and waiting for Carlee to wake up so she could hold her.  [Why did that change I wonder???  LOL]  Bryan was asleep in his chair and I was reading email.  We were all right where we should be.  I love it when we are all 4 in the same room.  We might be doing our own thing but we are together.   The corners are from Cherish Your Dreams and this set is on sale for $19.20!    That fabulous frame is from Love In Return and it is on sale for $19.20!  The perfect saying is from Where You Should be and it's on sale for $14.40!
This shows you just how big Cherish Your Dreams is.

Many Thanks!

I make a TON of thank you cards!  So many people are so good to me I am forever sending out another thank you card!  I have so much fun making them and my hopes are that getting a little happiness in the mail along with all the bills is a big bonus right?  :)  I LOVE this Scallop Border A2 Card.  It has always been my favorite card.
I like to grab a pretty scrap for the inside so it shows off the edge at the bottom.  Then I make the front of the card.  Isn't that weird?  LOL
The many thanks is from Bitty Pixie Paisley.   I LOVE this set.  I ran the card through my CuttleBug.  Added some American Crafts ribbon and used my McGill Stacking Deckle Square punch.  I  Inked everything up with Chestnut Roan Colorbox chalk ink and put it all together in about 10 minutes.  I LOVE quick cards!

Here is a picture if how big the stamps really are.  I am always surprised over the size of {ippity} stamps.    Thanks for stopping by today!

Embossing, another little addiction of mine! :)

Oh, how I love watching the powder melt.  Oh, how my heart feels a BIG pain every time the dang cord moves and turns OFF my gun!  My gun and I go way back!  I bought it when I was pregnant with my 13 year old!  I remember this purchase because my avid hunter husband, Bryan was so happy I finally owned a gun  LOL  He didn't care if it only blew hot air LOL

I love this card.  I love that it seriously took like 15 minutes to whip out.  I love that it's all scraps.  I love The Simple Things.  It's on sale for $14.40 and today, I'll pay the shipping!
I love Just Wanted To Say.   It is also on sale for $14.40 and today, I'll pay the shipping!
I LOVE {ippity} stamps because they stamp perfect EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!  I love watching embossing powder melt and I love my gun, even if it is dying a slow death.  It's not suffering though, I hold it almost every day.  It's not neglected and just put away like so many other things in my scrap room!  LOL
I used my Versamark embossing pad, I love that thing too.  :)  The powder is American Crafts Zing in Brownie, I love it too!  The CuttleBug folder is Tiny Bubbles.  Head on over to Cropping Corner and read THIS.   A free gift and 25% off!  Read THIS, 30% off all the CuttleBug and Cricut stuff!  Last night I made some really fun free gifts!  Have I mentioned I have the greatest job on earth?

Thanks for stopping by today, try to get a little embossing in, you will be happier, I promise!  :-)

HI!

Do you ever make a card and think, WOW this just might be the worst card I have ever made?  Well I did and no I didn't take a picture of it LOL  This card started out pink.  It was supposed to be the alphabet with the h and the i highlighted so the HI stood out.  Well the glossy accents and the Stickles just weren't making it pop out.  So then I cut the letters out.  They are so thick they wouldn't fit in my X box LOL  I finally bagged the whole card and started over LOL  I LOVE this card.  The Scallop Border A2 Card is my favorite!  The hi is from Alphabetically Adorable by {ippity}.  It's on sale for $19.20.  I will pay the shipping if you order it!  :)
This set is really huge! Here is a quick picture of the actual set.  I love these stamps!

I decided to make the Gable Box - Tall!  I had it cut in kraft.  The stamps are from Unity.  The EP is Stampendous; Red Metallic.  It doesn't really seem red to me, more like hot pink LOL!
Here is the side view.  That EP is Ranger in Black.  The stamp is also Unity.  The ribbon is just from my stash.  I did use a little Killer White Tear-able Tape to close the bottom.
I LOVE this Scallop Purse!  It is so easy to put together!  No adhesive required!  The stamps are {ippity} Season of Joy.   The embossing powder is Ranger is evergreen and silver.  The Stickles are Candy Cane.  The ribbon is from my stash but I know I bought it at Hobby Lobby.
I ordered a piece of Coconut Velvet Paper to make this card.  I used the Straight Frame - Small for the belt buckle.  The red and black paper is Bazzil Bling.  I'm addicted to it you know!  I was no really happy with the way this card turned out.  I thought it need to be a little bigger.  You know, Go Bigger or go home?  So bigger I did!
I was much happier!  I also happen to have a big daughter and a little daughter so they will see these by their stockings on Christmas morning!  Santa sends cards you know!
