My Pink Stamper Challenge #1

The first one was a Mother's Day card. I actually got very sad and decided I was not going to play because I miss my mom too much. But then I came to my senses. I love my Mother-in-Law so I made her a card instead.

I cut a couple inches off the bottom of an A2 card from Creative Cuts and More. I added a strip of scrap in Kunzite, and punched it with a Fiskars border punch. I stamped on a Filigree Rectangle Label cut in Ice Silver from Creative Cuts and More. The sheer ribbon is from my stash, the pearls are by K & Co. The stamp is from Autumn Leaves and the ink is Wisteria from ColorBox Chalk ink!
The room is getting messy and my little one clearly disapproves of being ignored! :-)

Eat Your Heart Out!

This was a super fun challenge, I was actually really challenged! LOL

Ted over at Happily Ever Crafter did a fun one. Using your birthday YEAR you got or 'order' from the 'menu' he provided.

I was born in 1968

I got a purple card base appetizer {That is a custom cut card in Puppy Love Bling cut in an A2 card from Creative Cuts and More}

sewing was my main course { I used my machine for the SECOND time YIPPEE}

ric-rac was my desert {My BFF gave me a TON of ric-rac in lots of colors and this is just a piece of some cream she gave me. I don't know the brand}

a tree was my main image for my tip! {This was hard for me LOL I just don't have tree stamps. When I saw this owl peeking out of a tree 'stump' I thought this will do! It is a Hampton Art stamp, I LOVE it!}
The sentiment is by Printworks. The rhinestones on the ric-rac are by Studio G, they were a whopping dollar at Michael's and they are really stuck on there! The Kraft paper is SU, the cream is another scrap, but not sure who made it.

My sister-in-law has been really sick, so I made her this card. I don't think she reads my blog so I won't spoil the surprise. :-)

See how quickly things become a complete mess when I create? I honestly don't know how it happens so fast. I think there must be a lot of static and supplies just 'pull' towards me.....
I really am off to shower and then hit some more challenges! YIPPEE!!!!! I hope you are all scrapping your little hearts out today!

HAPPY NATIONAL SCRAPBOOK DAY!!

It's 4:15 and I have not even showered yet! LOL Here is my room BEFORE I started to scrap. At around 9:30. You can actually see my desk! BUT only because I moved all my Creative Cuts and More work stuff to the other side of the room LOL

This is where I do all the cutting for CC&M.

This is all the paper I cut! LOL

I just wanted you to see it did start clean! I am participating in challenges all day today for My Pink Stamper and I did one for Happily Ever Crafter. I have to post each challenge separately so I can link up to their blogs, so get ready for lots of posts from me tonight or tomorrow! I am off to take a super fast shower [I'll be jumping into a clean pair of pajamas] and get on to my 5th challenge of the day!

This has been SO MUCH FUN!!

Hello! I was lucky enough to get to participate in the Belli Challenge this week! The theme was birthday! Creative Cuts and More sponsored it with their fantastic Birthday Card Kit! The above kit is the Girl Kit.
I loved how quick and easy these went together. The only thing I added was ink!
The picture below is the Boy Birthday Card Kit!

Thanks for looking! If you have kids that attend a lot of birthday parties, these are the kits for you! The cards are super cute and so quick and easy to put together!

Welcome to our Mother's Day Blog Hop!

Hi Hopper's! Welcome to our April Blog Hop! We are celebrating Mother's today! The Blog Hop starts HERE! I hope you arrived here from Lisa's blog! Isn't her work amazing?

I am lucky enough to be a Mother to two beautiful girls! Best job on earth! Sadly, I have lost my Mom and I miss her very much every single day.

I decided to make a little chest of drawers from the Large Matchbox!

I had it cut 6 times in Bazzill Criss Cross Fairy Dust. I covered the top and sides in Cappuccino Velvet Paper.

To make the drawer knobs I used a brad through an eyelet [not set just as is] and then added some bling!I did the same thing for the 'legs' I put the brad through an eyelet to give it a little lift.

To attach all the boxes I used 1/2" Killer Red Tacky Tape. It will hold anything together! I LOVE it!
I added some pretty Purple Primas on the top with a glue dot! Easy as can be!

Now it's time to hop on over to Steph Zerbe's Blog! Be prepared to be amazed!

If for some reason one of the links is broken along the Hop do not worry, HOP back over to Die Cut Diva where the complete list will be.

Thanks for hopping with us today! We hope we have inspired you to make something fun! HAPPY SHOPPING!!

Around here, if there is an available lap...

There will be a cat in it. LOL Carlee and Cali had an hour long nap yesterday for the entire hour I worked out. It was fantastic for all of us. LOL

Tacky Tape Flower #6 covered with Micro Beads and Glitter.

This is Flower #06 cut out in tacky tape. You will need DoodleBug Glitter and Art Accentz Micro Beads.
You need to peel off one side of the backing.
I dumped the beads on it and pushed them down with just my finger to be sure they were stuck on well.
Take it out and shake it off!

Then pour glitter over the top. Again, I pushed it down with my finger and then shook it off.

As you can see the entire flower is covered and it is SO sparkly!

I attached it to a Library Card pocket card and stamped a Scrappy Cat stamp on the insert.

A Quick and easy project!
Head on over to Creative Cuts and More and get yourself some! :-)
Thanks for stopping by today!
